We’re Back!
Inkblot indie Comic festival returns for a third year running. The success and continued support means that there’s no slowing us down as we gear up for a super spooky show in Manchetser for a comic book based blast on Halloween!
After the success of the incredibly popular Alien Anthology, Inkblot will raising the hell with a brand new horror anthology as well as other spooky delights! With loads of artists and more comics than you can wave a wand at you’ll be spolit for choice!

For over 40 years the Xenomorph has haunted our dreams over a wide variety of media, but now Inkblot Publications has put together a terrifying anthology of stories to bring the nightmares back again!
This limited edition features incredible works from independent comic artists and authors each with a completely unique take on the deadly icon. This collection showcases what we’re about at Inkblot and how far our tales will go to create an acid dripping chest bursting ride…

Absolutely. Inkblot is a family‑friendly event, and there’s plenty for comic fans of all ages to enjoy. Kids are very welcome to explore, meet artists, and get stuck into the world of comics.
Can I cosplay?
Yes. Inkblot isn’t a dedicated cosplay convention, but we love seeing people turn up in costume. Whether it’s a favourite character or something original, feel free to come dressed up.
Will there be food and drinks?
There are lots of cafés, bakeries, and food spots around Ardwick and Manchester city centre, all within easy reach of the venue. You’re welcome to bring small snacks with you — just be mindful of the space and other guests.
How do I get there?
St Thomas Centre sits just off Ardwick Green, close to Manchester city centre. It’s a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, and several bus routes run nearby along Hyde Road and Stockport Road. Whether you’re arriving by train, bus, or on foot, it’s straightforward to reach.
